Terms of use

These terms cover your use of haulmath.co, which is run by Haul Math. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Estimates, not advice

The calculators, generators, guides, and rate pages are estimates for planning. They aren't tax, legal, accounting, or compliance advice. Confirm with your tax professional or the agency involved before you file, pay, or rely on a result. That could be the IRS, your IFTA base jurisdiction, FMCSA, the UCR Plan, or a state agency. The hours of service calculator is a planning aid. It doesn't replace your ELD or the regulations.

We take official figures from the sources listed on the sources page, and we show when each was last checked. Agencies change rates and rules, and we can make mistakes. You're responsible for checking the figures that matter to your filing or your load.

Documents you create

You're responsible for the content of the invoices, bills of lading, receipts, trip sheets, and other documents you generate. That includes making sure they're accurate and meet any contract or legal requirements that apply to you.

Accounts

Keep access to your email secure, because it's how you sign in. You're responsible for activity under your account. Don't use the site to break the law, to interfere with the service, or to scrape it at a volume that affects other users.

Pro subscriptions

Pro costs $12 per month or $99 per year, plus any sales tax. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account's billing page. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms. Refunds are handled case by case. Contact us within 14 days of a charge if something went wrong. We may change prices, and we'll give at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers before a change applies to them.

Availability

We work to keep the site running, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Haul Math isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, penalties, interest, or fines that result from relying on the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
